Return Policy
Wonderland Knits will not accept returns unless the merchandise is damaged. You must send an email about the damaged merchandise within two calendar days of receiving your item. Please provide a picture of the damage you are referring to as well as what item you would like to exchange for. If you would like the same item, and it is not in stock please allow 5-10 business days to receive your new item. Shipping the item back is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges must be for items of the same value. As soon as the original item is received, the replacement will be mailed.
